This just in. Brett Favre will return for at least one more season. I feel giddy. Now when I make my overly optimistic statements about next season I can finally remove the "if Favre returns..." intro and just go straight to the hyperbole.

Also, in a somewhat related matter, several talentless hacks panic and buy out all the cheap whisky and rum in South Beach due to their concern over what to complain about this offseason now that Favre has made a decision.
